This policy explains what we collect when you fill out a form on this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, call us at (567) 331-8888.
What we collect
When you submit the booking form we collect the information you type into it:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Whether you ticked the consent box
We also record technical details that come with the visit: the page you submitted from, the site or ad that sent you, and advertising identifiers stored in cookies. We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not collect health information.
Why we collect it
- To contact you and schedule your free session
- To answer questions you send us
- To tell you about class schedules, offers and membership options, if you agreed to that
- To understand which ads bring people to the gym so we do not waste money on ones that do not
Texts and emails
If you tick the consent box, you agree to receive texts and emails from Fortivus Boxing & Fitness at the number and email you gave us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also just call us and ask to be taken off the list.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta pixel, which sets cookies in your browser so we can measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and show ads to people who visited this page. It records that a visit or a form submission happened and passes advertising identifiers to Meta. It does not receive your name, email or phone number from this page.
You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, and through your ad preferences inside Facebook and Instagram.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the gym and this page. They only handle your information to provide their service to us:
- HighLevel, our customer records, texting and email system
- Vercel, which hosts this page
- Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement as described above
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Beyond that, we do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records for as long as you are a member or an active lead, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call and we will handle it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. Youth memberships are arranged in person with a parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
